We post items twice a week and these are sent by Second Class Post. If your item hasn’t arrived with 10 working days please contact us so we can investigate.

We are open term time only every Tuesday  7.00 pm — 7.30 pm. Collection Only!

We Provide an extended 25 days returns policy. Returns can be posted back or return directly to the shop. If you have a return then please contact us to arrange via the Contact Page selecting Return on the reason box.

When you buy through us you are helping the District support young people to achieve more in Scouting. We invest 100% of our profits into the District to improve local Scouting. Thank you for being part of that support.

Our Shop is run by some amazing volunteer’s who give up more that just the time in the shop so if we take a little while to come back to you please bear with us.

If you have an issue with your resolution from the shop then you will be provided the District Commissioner’s details via email when requested.
